Answer 1:

If you are a patient, it usually takes less than 48 hours to validate your account and get access to see a Doctor. A Doctor can be active and seeing patients on our platform in as little as 3 days.

Answer 2:

No. there is no cost for the patients or doctors App’s or to start using them.

Answer 3:

Patients simply download the IsoCare App on an IOS or Android device and follow the registration process. Once approved you will have access to schedule and receive live medical care.

Answer 4:

Once registered you can Look up your Doctor in our directory, if your doctor is not available you can send them a free invite and request a video consultation.

Answer 5:

Doctors may not always be available, and we suggest waiting for your primary care giver to be seen. But in the event that you need immediate attention, our system can connect you with a licensed and rated Doctor in your area.

Answer 6:

You can browse specialist in your area, after receiving a referral.

Answer 7:

Doctors on our system can send a prescription to your pharmacy for pick up, or straight to your front door.

Doctors can send transportation or signal emergency services straight to your location.
